Is it free to play?
Yes. The free Wanderer plan gives you 70 moves a month (resets on the 1st), all classes and races, D&D 5e mechanics and up to 3 heroes. Subscriptions add more moves.
Where can I play?

Which rules does it use?
D&D 5th edition rules, following the open SRD 5.1. Dice, stats, proficiency bonuses and combat initiative are handled for you.
