What the app promises, what it does not, and who decides which offers to accept. Short, because there is not much to say.

Tailwind Drive is made and operated by Mykola Kharchuk, trading as Merowingus Studio, an independent developer ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app — uninstalling it ends the agreement immediately. Contact: info@merowingus.com.
When an offer appears in Uber Driver, Tailwind Drive reads the drop-off address from your screen, turns it into a location, compares it with the Destination Point you set, and shows a banner saying Take it or Skip it.
That is the whole product. It does not accept offers, decline offers, tap, swipe, or interact with Uber Driver or any other app on your behalf. It does not communicate with Uber. What you do with the hint is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
The app reads text from a picture of your screen and looks the address up on a map service. Each of those steps can fail or produce a wrong result: text can be misread, an address can be ambiguous, a map service can return the wrong place, and Uber can change how its offer cards look at any time without notice.
We do not warrant that the verdict is correct, and you should not rely on it as though it were. Where the app is unsure, it is designed to say nothing rather than guess — but silence is not a guarantee that everything else it showed you was right.
You remain responsible for your own earnings, your own routes, your own taxes, and your compliance with Uber's terms and with the law where you drive.
Tailwind Drive is an independent tool. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Uber Technologies, Inc. "Uber" and "Uber Driver" are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to describe, accurately, which app Tailwind Drive works alongside. Your relationship with Uber is governed entirely by your agreement with Uber, and nothing here changes it. If using a tool like this conflicts with that agreement, that is a matter between you and Uber, and it is your responsibility to know where you stand.
This app puts information on a screen you may be tempted to read at a bad moment. Do not. Look at your phone only when stopped, or when it is otherwise safe and lawful where you are. No verdict from this app is worth a collision, and we accept no responsibility for anything that happens because you looked at it while moving.
The app asks for Android permissions it needs to work, including the Accessibility Service used to read the offer card, permission to draw over other apps, notifications, and location. What each one is for, and what is done with what it sees, is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw any of them at any time in Android Settings; the app will keep running and simply tell you what it can no longer do.
The app is provided as it is, without any warranty. It is in early access: features change, things break, and it may stop working entirely if Uber changes its interface. We may update, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. We will not pretend a version is more finished than it is, but we cannot promise the app will always be available or always work.
Tailwind Drive is currently free. If a paid plan is introduced later, its price and terms will be shown to you inside the app before anything is charged, and you will never be billed without choosing to subscribe first. Any purchase would be handled by Google Play under Google's terms, including its refund rules.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost earnings, missed offers, wasted fuel or time, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or from a verdict it showed you. This is a free tool offered in good faith by one developer, and the decision on every offer stays with you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The app is intended for drivers working in the United States.
If these terms change, this page changes with them and the effective date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
